Position Summary
The function of this position is to monitor production flow to ensure that quality standards are being met. A series of tests are performed on the product to ensure that the product meets established standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Collect product samples and prepare them for laboratory analysis or testing.

Sort non-retained samples by color and take to grinder.

Maintain sample room storage.

Perform quality checks on extrusion lines.

Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form (email) or in person.

Retain samples of product returned by customers for CCR meeting.

Audit QA drawings and data point lists for errors or wear, update when necessary.

Generate and update QC checklists for drawings.

Maintain a list of all parts and which customer they belong to, update books when necessary.
