Join a large-scale Cloud Contact Centre transformation programme focused on modern customer interaction platforms built on AWS and Salesforce technologies.
You’ll work within Agile squads helping to improve the quality, stability and customer experience of critical Contact Centre and IVR solutions used across international banking environments.

- 100% remote within Spain
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
- Summer schedule: 08:00 – 15:00

- Define and execute QA test requirements across Contact Centre solutions
- Perform manual and automated testing activities
