Position Overview
- Oversee and manage the quality assurance team to ensure high standards for food products and processes.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular in line inspections and audits to ensure compliance with cGMP, HACCP, FSSC standards
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3β5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of quality control and quality assurance methodologies and tools.
