Performs inspection of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials, conduct in-line inspection from ingredients preparation to finished products
Performs finished product analysis and testing, conduct audits on all areas of the process, and prepare a report for each assigned task
Conducts batch-test prior usage of materials at production
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Food Microbiology
Knowledgeable and with a better understanding of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, SOP and its principle
Has exposure in laboratory testing and in-line monitoring
