About the Team
The Search Operations team is dedicated to enhancing search user experience, driving substantial DAU growth for the product, and boosting traffic as well as GMV. Under the Search Operations team, our Recommendation & Traffic team oversees the day-to-day operation of trending events across global markets. As a content-driven platform, trends play a pivotal role in driving user engagement, consumption, and retention on TikTok. Looking ahead, our long-term vision is to establish TikTok as the go-to platform for discovering and engaging with trends, fostering a user mindset of searching for trends on TikTok. **It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
