Position Overview
Elevate quality standards as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Teleperformance, located in Toronto. Focus on evaluating, monitoring, and improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
This regular, full-time position reports directly to the Quality Assurance Team Lead. You will conduct audits, participate in quality improvement projects, and analyze performance metrics. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive impactful insights to ensure compliance and enhance overall performance while participating in training and development initiatives.
