Leads the overall management, coordination, and integration of all Nominated Subcontractors (NSCs) ensuring alignment with project requirements on quality, cost, time, safety, and system interfaces . Acts as the focal point for resolving multi-trade conflicts, ensuring that all NSC scopes are fully coordinated, technically compliant, and seamlessly integrated into the overall project delivery

• Oversee management of:

• Shop Drawings
• Combined Services Drawings (CSD)
• Interface Drawings
• As-Built Drawings
• Material Submittals
• Method statements

• Ensure all discipline team leaders coordinate drawing reviews and submissions with their respective subcontractors.
• Monitor implementation of approved drawings and revisions across all interfacing trades
• Ensure technical coordination issues between subcontractors are resolved within required timelines.
