Position Overview
Leads the overall management, coordination, and integration of all Nominated Subcontractors (NSCs) ensuring alignment with project requirements on quality, cost, time, safety, and system interfaces. Acts as the focal point for resolving multi-trade conflicts, ensuring that all NSC scopes are fully coordinated, technically compliant, and seamlessly integrated into the overall project delivery
- Oversee management of:
- Shop Drawings
- Combined Services Drawings (CSD)
- Interface Drawings
- As-Built Drawings
- Material Submittals
- Method statements
- Ensure all discipline team leaders coordinate drawing reviews and submissions with their respective subcontractors.
- Monitor implementation of approved drawings and revisions across all interfacing trades
- Ensure technical coordination issues between subcontractors are resolved within required timelines.
