• Coordinate all quality-related processes.
• Maintain and control the quality control system, procedures, and work instructions.
• Register and maintain the non-conforming report system (NCR).
• Establish a close, critical, yet cooperative relationship with Operations.
• Support the QSM according to ISO 9001 and FSC standards.
• Drive and stimulate continuous improvement processes.
• Conduct product performance testing for new product development (NPD).
• Perform product validation during trial runs on converters.
• Analyze testing results against specifications and internal standards.
