To ensure that all products and processes within the plant meet established quality standards, comply with regulations, and satisfy customer requirements, while driving continuous improvement across operations. Ensure quality leadership and training provide to the employee. Organize and implement regular audit & inspection to check the consistency of the quality management system. Define plant quality objectives aligned with corporate and divisional goals.

• Responsible to supervise and manage the day-to-day quality activities include but not limited to manpower management, quality equipment, quality issue, quality documents, quality review of new order, manage customer representative/TPI and quality performance management.
