Ensure quality leadership and training provide to the employee. Organize and implement regular audit & inspection to check the consistency of the quality management system. Define plant quality objectives aligned with corporate and divisional goals.
Responsible to supervise and manage the day-to-day quality activities include but not limited to manpower management, quality equipment, quality issue, quality documents, quality review of new order, manage customer representative/TPI and quality performance management.
