- Identify any product problems
- Take action to prevent the occurrence of product non‑conformity
- Recommend or provide solutions for product non‑conformity
- Report findings of the investigation/testing, recommend relevant corrective actions for complaint reports
- Approve the supplier's corrective action
- Identify the need for new measuring and test equipment and its calibration
- Carry out staff training
- Be an Internal Quality Auditor
- Be a Trainer for quality control technique and technical matters
