About the role

Plan, coordinate and direct the Quality Assurance Programs designed to comply with the procedures and policies established by Barry Callebaut Corporative, ensuring that the sanitary and food safety standards of the products produced at Barry Callebaut Chile are met, guaranteeing compliance and satisfaction of the quality and service expectations of our customers.

Key responsibilities include

• Ensure compliance with the Quality, Food Safety and Defense, Health and Regulatory Affairs policies and procedures required by the corporate, clients or regulatory agencies at the Chile plant.
• Ensure an appropriate and timely response to potential non-conformities or issues related to the Quality-Safety of the products manufactured and supplied by BC.
• Coordinate audit or inspection visits by clients or BC corporate personnel at the Chile plant.
