Our client in the fruit processing industry is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team! Minimum requirements:

Matric 

Relevant tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field

3 years' experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food, beverage, fruit processing, or juice manufacturing industry is beneficial 

2 years' experience in a supervisory or management capacity

Previous experience managing audits, quality systems, and compliance within a processing environment

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards

Valid driver's licence
