Role Overview

The QA Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end quality delivery across a project, product, or value stream while remaining actively involved in quality engineering activities. This role combines technical leadership with hands‑on execution, ensuring robust test automation, CI/CD integration, API validation, mobile testing, performance testing, and quality governance across the delivery lifecycle.

The successful candidate will lead QA teams while contributing directly to automation framework development, test strategy implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
