Role Description

Champion Plastics is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager for our Hosur / SIPCOT facility.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a practical and hands-on quality leader who can strengthen factory quality systems, improve shopfloor discipline, and support our next phase of manufacturing growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment and should be comfortable working close to the shopfloor. This person will be responsible for leading quality across incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, dispatch quality, customer quality, quality systems, documentation, audit readiness, root-cause problem solving, and shopfloor training.
