Position Overview: The Quality Assurance Investigator at The Arc Ontario is responsible for conducting thorough, timely investigations into incidents reported to OPWDD or the Justice Center, ensuring all findings, documentation, and follow‑up actions meet regulatory standards. This role manages investigative records, gathers and preserves evidence, conducts interviews, collaborates with program staff, and recommends corrective actions to support agency compliance and service quality.
