Role Overview: The Quality Assurance Inspector ensures every medical device we produce is safe and compliant. You will be responsible for the final look, verifying everything from initial prototypes to the labels on the box.
Inspections: Perform First Article (FAI) and final inspections on key units, including labeling and packaging.
Quality Control: Identify non-conforming materials and ensure all products meet engineering and quality standards.
Compliance: Follow FDA, ISO 13485, and company-specific codes (AdvaMed/MedTech). Complete annual training to stay current on global regulations.
Field Support: Clean and inspect medical tray systems returning from the field.
