The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance & Food Safety will lead the end-to-end quality strategy across manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring all products consistently meet defined standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role is accountable for driving robust quality management systems, strengthening audit frameworks, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across all operating units.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of enterprise-wide Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs.
Oversee compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA, NMIS, BAI, BFAR, LGU, and other governing bodies.
Direct internal and external audit programs across manufacturing plants, suppliers, toll processors, bakeries, and distribution centers; ensure timely resolution of findings and mitigation of risks.
