The role provides single-point ownership for product release quality assurance and for failure, complaint, and return resolution. The position works closely with Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Customers to ensure products are released with confidence and supported by objective evidence. This role supports a structured, evidence-driven working style focused on repeatable quality mechanisms, clear traceability, root cause understanding, corrective action, and prevention of recurrence.
