Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documented information (e.g., Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions) and ensure full compliance with customer requirements, internal guidelines, and ISO 9001 standards, including Pharma standards.
Monitor, review, and continuously improve internal operational processes and the QMS.
Govern tracking systems and quality metrics (including CCAR, SCAR, and operational close rates) to identify trends, atypical observations, and areas for improvement.
Assist in managing the implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications, ISCC (sustainability standards), and GDP/GMP protocols.
Lead root cause investigations for non‑conformances stemming from customer complaints or internal quality issues.
Maintain industry compliance standards, such as Halal and Kosher Certifications, with respect to product and service quality.
