Position Overview
Job Responsibilities: - Handle customer quality claims and drive effective Corrective & Preventive Actions, including verifying action effectiveness and supporting cross‑site closure.
- Lead or participate in MRB to ensure only conforming products are shipped.
- Maintain SAP/QM systems, including Quality Notifications.
- Conduct quality‑related trainings (e.g., QMS, FMEA, SPC) and support implementation of quality tools such as FMEA, QFD, SPC and Edit Notes.
- Prepare and report quality data, including process/product capability and Cpk monitoring to meet internal and customer requirements.
- Work with relevant departments to ensure accuracy of CofC and compliance with customer requirements.
