Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO Certification and Halal standards for all Company Group sites.Assist in developing SOPs, WIs & ISO-related documentation.To be involved in investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues, providing effective corrective and preventive actions.To be involved in Internal and External Audits.To be involved in planning and conducting in-house training for staff.To consolidate data for reporting on quality/operation/sustainability data for internal meetings and Group Reporting for all Company Group sites.To be involved in marketing strategies as assigned by Management.To be involved as a committee member in any company events or CSR activities.Analyze, develop and execute marketing strategies on e-commerceΒ platforms to transact the products with customers, and manage company websites.
