**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** As Chili’s Quality Assurance, you will ensure Guests receive the highest quality food and dining experience; make sure orders are prepared and garnished, and then delivered to the Guest at the appropriate hot or cold temperature. You will ensure Guests are served promptly. You will report to the Chili's Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or General Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will inspect food orders to ensure orders are prepared to Company standards and specifications, including garnishing food with appropriate accompanying items.
2. Have proficient knowledge of the menu to explain our offerings to the Guests, inform them of current food promotions and specials, and answer any questions.
