Position Overview
- Conducts compliance checking based on requirements specified by the account or the management team.
- Issuance compliance reports and service failures to the account as well as the management team on a daily, monthly and ad hoc basis.
- Generates call volume, traffic and other reports.
- Analyses templates based on requirements specified by the account or the management team.
- Responsible for hand-off new report/ data source as necessary.
- Responsible for accessing call quality performance of each campaign within given set of measurements
