We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Analyst.

In this role, the successful candidate reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for coordinating quality assurance procedures, auditing and monitoring user performance, and proposing preventive measures to correct and improve business processes in order to meet established Hospital Billing (HB) quality standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of hospital billing revenue cycle workflows, strong attention to detail, and initiative in identifying issues, opportunities, and solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and understand workflows and standard operating procedures related to Hospital Billing revenue cycle functions, including (but not limited to) authorizations, coding, correspondence, claims, accounts receivable, and credits.
