The Quality Assurance Analyst II is responsible for applying Quality Assurance (QA) and Release Management methodologies to test application changes, updates, and enhancements. This role collaborates with Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Technical Leaders, Project Managers, and Analysts to ensure the quality, reliability, and successful deployment of information systems applications.
The position develops, evaluates, revises, and documents QA processes, testing methodologies, and test plans. Additionally, the analyst supports release management activities by developing, auditing, monitoring, and enforcing established processes and policies to ensure cross-domain configuration integration, testing completeness, and consistency.
