Job Description

Quality Assurance Specialist will perform efficiently and effectively the detailed specific tasks related to monitoring and implementation of Quality Assurance programs and systems in Jollibee Worldwide Services Logistics distribution operations and Incoming Inspection laboratory to support the objective of providing services and products consistently meeting standards and specifications for food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Quality Assurance Manager in monitoring the detailed activities of the overall quality assurance and food safety programs of Jollibee Worldwide Services Logistics in North / South Luzon operations.
• Conducts and performs RQI and MEMO processing in JWSL and managed sites.
• Evaluates specimen of customer feedback (store related feedback) and conducts investigation as necessary.
