Job Description
Based in the Waikato, this diverse role is responsible for supporting the ongoing application, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality & Food Safety Management Systems (Q&FSMS) across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead investigations into non-conformances (NCs) and verify corrective actions to ensure effective and sustainable solutions
- Support and coach employees in conducting thorough investigations into non-conforming situations
- Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Prerequisite Programmes (PRPs) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) studies
- Partner with departmental managers to ensure PRPs and HACCP programmes are effectively applied to consistently manufacture safe and suitable products
