To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Assistant located in Henrico.Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Assistant role involves preparing and circulating various technical quality reports and dashboards, ensuring adherence to all process metrics and customer satisfaction targets, managing QMS administration and documentation, and participating in all site calls to record comprehensive minutes What a typical day looks like:

Prepare and circulate comprehensive technical quality reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering yield, defects, customer feedback, and supplier quality metrics.

Ensure adherence to set targets for all process metrics and manage general administration of the Quality Management System as directed by the Quality Manager.
