We’re looking for a sharp, solution-oriented Quality Assessor to join our Cape Town team as a critical guardian of the brand. In this hybrid role, you aren’t just checking boxes; you are the strategic line of defense ensuring our digital insurance products remain seamless, compliant, and robust.

As a key gatekeeper of the customer journey, you’ll take proactive ownership of the full QA lifecycle, identifying technical risks before they escalate and ensuring every interaction meets our high standards.
