KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assists in the maintenance of structures and processes which support improvement and patient safety, enable the collection, storage, and analysis of improvement and safety data, and enable compliance with external regulatory agency requirements.
* Identifies and addresses clinical quality and safety concerns.
* Participate in clinical adverse event task groups.
* Participates in the development of strategies to perform in-depth data collection and data & process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and provide input into institutional decision-making and goal setting.
