Job Description
The Mass Production Parts Quality Analyst leads in-depth analysis of quality issues for mass production components, focusing on either weld or plastic suppliers. This role drives root cause analysis, coordinates supplier countermeasures, and ensures that non-conforming conditions are eliminated before they impact manufacturing operations. The analyst prepares and reviews technical quality documentation, sets technical requirements for supplier change points, and mentors team members on problem-solving methods and parts quality processes.
Responsibilities

+ Lead detailed analysis of quality problems for mass production parts, including precise measurements and data review, to minimize impact on downstream manufacturing departments.

+ Prepare and submit comprehensive technical documents that clearly communicate quality problems to suppliers using the NARS Honda Trouble Report (HTR) system.
