Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor calls, chats and emails
- Score and provide feedback on agent performance based on established quality assistance criteria; Identify errors, gaps, and improvement areas
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction
