- Candidates must be trade tested/coded and experienced with high-strength structural steels (STRENX 700 or equivalent).
- The ability to work precisely from drawings and execute complex welding procedures (WPS compliance) is essential.
- Cutting, shaping, and smoothing metal using hand tools, power tools, and machines.
- Welding components using various welding equipment based on the process requirements.
- Testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.
- Maintaining equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
- Ensuring safety and structural integrity in the welds and metal structures created.
