To manufacture, repair, and maintain precision components using conventional and/or CNC turning and milling machines, ensuring high-quality output in line with engineering drawings and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain lathe (turning) and milling machines (manual and/or CNC) Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Manufacture components to tight tolerances and quality standards Perform tool setting, calibration, and adjustments for optimal machining performance Conduct routine inspections and measurements using precision instruments (micrometers, verniers, gauges) Ensure machine maintenance and report any faults or breakdowns Assist with repairs, rework, and modifications of components and assemblies Maintain pr...
