This is an exciting time to join Sandwell MBC Adult Social Care. We are currently restructuring ourmunity social work teams to create town teams and a separate YAT/Transitions Team for Sandwell adults.We are looking to recruit a part-time ( hrs) agency Social Worker into our YAT/Transitions.
Team to bring it to full capacity until permanent staff are recruited to the team.

Your new role

We are looking for amitted and hardworking qualified Social Worker with Adult Social Work experience. You will need to be motivated and flexible with high professional standards and sound knowledge and experience of current legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Continuing Health Care, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act 2005, andmunity DOLS/LPS. You will be expected to work with vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities/Autism and also have some knowledge of physical disabilities, people with profound &plex needs, carers and the widermunity.
