Key Responsibilities
Interpret and work from commercial building plans and drawingsConstruct, install, and repair structures and fixtures (timber, steel, composites)Complete framework, fit-outs, formwork, partitions, and general carpentryCoordinate with other trades and site supervisors to meet project timelinesEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and site proceduresMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment(Leading Hand) Supervise small teams and ensure quality standards on-site(Leading Hand) Assist in scheduling, materials planning, and job tracking What We’re Looking For
