Job purpose:

The Swap Station Agent is the face of Spiro’s battery swapping network at the ground level. You will be stationed at a designated Spiro swap station and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the station, ensuring that Spiro riders have seamless access to fully charged batteries, receive outstanding customer service, and experience zero unnecessary downtime.
