Our client, an established Singapore-based main contractor is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Executive to support project delivery through effective contract administration, progress claims management, and cost control. This role is ideal for candidates with strong commercial awareness and hands‑on experience in construction contract coordination.

• Prepare and submit main contract progress claims with management approval to ensure timely payment certification and cash flow management
• Support project and contracts leadership in managing variation orders, extension of time (EOT) claims, and other contractual matters to minimize commercial risks
