Job Purpose The QS Manager (M&E) is responsible for leading and managing all commercial, contractual, and cost control functions across Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Utility projects.
This role oversees the full project lifecycle—from feasibility, tendering, procurement, construction, to final account closure—ensuring projects are delivered within budget, with controlled risks and optimized profitability.
The QS Manager provides strategic direction, leads the QS team, and acts as the key commercial advisor to management.
