Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in line with ISO 9001 / IATF standards
- Ensure compliance with internal quality processes and external regulatory requirements
- Conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and ensure closure of audit findings
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma practices)
- Manage documentation control SOPs, work instructions, quality manuals, records
- Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) for quality improvements
