Position Overview
1. 辅助前厅部经理负责前厅部各项执行工作,督导前厅部员工各项日常工作;
2. 熟悉重大事项的汇报机制并及时反馈处理工作中出现的问题,指导员工完成基础问题的解决;
3. 参与前厅部服务流程优化、应急预案演练及客户投诉升级处理,确保符合酒店管理规范与国家相关服务标准;
4. 配合制定与实施部门培训计划,持续提升客户满意度与服务标准;
5. 与前厅部经理共同带领部门完成各项绩效目标,支持酒店整体运营目标达成;
6. 完成上级指派的各项任务。
1. 大专及以上学历,具备国际五星级酒店同等岗位工作经验;
2. 熟悉酒店前厅运营全流程,掌握Opera等主流酒店管理系统操作,具备良好的服务意识、沟通协调能力及突发事件应对能力;
3. 具备基础英语听说读写能力,能熟练处理外籍宾客相关事务。
