Position Overview
1,管理前台日常工作确保客人得到专业的服务及关 度;
2,督导部门员工,确保酒店的会 以及回头客人和重要贵宾得到特别的重视和接待;3,有效管理住店客人历史记录系统;
4,合理有效的安排员工班次,提前预知和考虑未来的住房信息,特别是一些大型团队和有特殊要求的情况;
5,检查确保大堂及前台工作区的整洁和卫生;
6,按需要与酒店其他部门进行合作,协调与沟通;
7,维护酒店电脑系统信息数据的准确性,便于系统操作,确保前台运营设备的正常运转;8,熟悉财务的政策和程序,紧密联络财务部门确保遵循财务程序。
