Position Overview

1. 负责来访人员的接待、登记、引导及基本咨询工作,维护企业前台形象与秩序;
2. 接听并转接电话,准确记录并及时传达各类信息;
3. 协助办理日常行政事务,包括但不限于文件收发、办公用品管理、会议支持等;
4. 保持前台区域整洁有序,确保办公环境符合企业形象要求。

1. 大专及以上学历,专业不限;
2. 具备1年及以上前台接待或行政助理相关工作经验;
3. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、服务意识和应变能力,形象端正,举止得体;
4. 熟练使用Office办公软件,具备基础计算机操作能力;
5. 遵守劳动法律法规,无就业歧视性限制条件,符合平等就业原则。
