Ensure full alignment with Singapore EHS regulations and internal company standards.
Risk Mitigation:
Lead workplace hazard identification, conduct detailed risk assessments, and implement mitigation programs.
Site Oversight:
Execute regular site inspections and safety audits to maintain high operational standards.
Incident Management:
Investigate accidents and near-misses, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Emergency Readiness:
Coordinate emergency response activities, including evacuation drills and preparedness plans.
Sustainability:
Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, emissions, and resource consumption.
Safety Culture:
Promote a proactive safety culture through training, engagement initiatives, and clear communication.
