QCTO/CATHSSETA Facilitator & Assessor – Restaurant waitrons
1. Role Purpose
To facilitate and assess learners enrolled in the National Occupational Certificate: Food & Beverage Service Attendant (ID: ) learnership, ensuring practical workplace readiness, service excellence, and compliance with CATHSSETA/QCTO requirements.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions for waitron learners
- Assess learner competence in both theory and workplace performance
- Guide learners through structured learning and workplace application
- Conduct formative and summative assessments aligned to unit standards
- Maintain accurate learner records, POE documentation, and attendance tracking
