**Summary**

The **Quality Control Manager/Site Safety and Health Officer** serves in a dual leadership role, overseeing all quality assurance and safety programs to ensure full compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards. This position is responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving quality control and workplace safety initiatives in alignment with approved plans, while promoting a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and risk prevention across the site.
