Job Title: Quality Control TechnicianJob Description
As a Quality Control Technician, you will ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards in the lab and designated areas. Your role will involve calibrating lab and line equipment, collecting and testing in-process and finished product samples, and conducting various testing procedures such as microbiological, ATP, and product evaluation tests.
Responsibilities
+ Calibrate lab and line equipment for accurate results.
+ Collect and test in-process and finished product samples for standardized qualitative and quantitative analysis.
+ Perform and record product evaluation tests according to HACCP Plans, SOPs, and other food safety/quality programs.
+ Ensure accurate documentation and recording in the computer system in line with SOPs.
+ Conduct ATP testing as part of the allergen control program and perform microbiological testing.
+ Maintain the retain sample library.
