**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead quality control processes for ready-mix operations, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards
+ Perform and oversee testing of raw materials and concrete to maintain consistent product quality
+ Analyze data trends and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize mix performance
+ Partner with operations and plant teams to resolve quality issues and support production goals
+ Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation aligned with regulatory and company requirements
+ This position is in the field - boots on the ground
