Position Overview
The QC Officer oversees and implements the quality assurance and quality control system across production or project operations. This role ensures that products or processes meet internal and external standards regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement and monitor quality control procedures and plans.
- Ensure products and work processes comply with relevant standards (ISO internal quality requirements).
- Conduct quality audits, inspections and tests of materials, processes and finished goods.
- Identify quality issues, raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection records, reports and data logs.
- Coordinate with production engineering and project teams to resolve quality challenges.
